Error Building Player: Win 32 exception: The system cannot find the file specified
The build fails as soon as I click run Build & Run.
Tested the following solutions I found:
Downloading Android SDK again. This method worked on the first attempt. But the issue came up again after a couple of days. Now replacing the SDK does not work.
Installing Unity again.
Upgrading to a new Unity version
Having the exact same issue when trying to build an app from ARCore. tried reinstalling everything. Tried every older solution on threads nothing works.

After upgrading from Unity2017.3.1f1 to Unity2017.4.27f1, I have the same issue. I resolved this issue easily by deleting the existing app in my device(Galaxy s5). Hoping this would be helpful.

Hi, I know its an old post but i figured out what was causing similar problem in my project. It was my Antivirus program denying access to adb.exe.
If you have any antivirus installed, disable it temporarily before building your app.
