You draw them yourself!
Or, if like me you don't have that kind of skill, you make friends with people who do!
Honestly, 'better graphics' is pretty broad. It all depends on art style, and what kind of look you want for your finished product. Not everything has to be Crysis 2! For amateur studios (and small indie studios, for that matter) having a unique visual style can be much more important that technological glitter.
Also: Post Processing*. Lots and lots of Post Processing! :D
*Requires Unity Pro. Look for Image Effects components and put them on the camera. Also requires some knowledge about post-processing as to avoid overdoing it.
To be fair, there are a few post-processing things you can do without Pro, but it's pretty limited, and not straightforward to implement. It's much easier with image effects.

I agree whit syclamoth but you can change graphic in Edit>ProjectSettings>Quality.
wait, @ramonhimself was asking about that? Oh well then yeah, the quality settings. Right.

It comes down to a few things: -3D meshes -Textures -Materials -Animation -Color grading and post-processing If you want to know anything specific you should probably ask a question which is more precise.
