My game has been deleted
So, I am on a MacOS. Just to note that out right up front. I left Unity stay open overnight, and then when I came back in the morning, there was a pop-up that said this: "Unity Games/Ruins/Temp Cannot be opened" I didn't know what to do, so I just left it for a while. When I came back to it, I tried to save it, in case this was a Unity-breaking bug, and then the same pop-up came up. And then the game quited. I tried to open up the same project, and then there was nothing. Can somebody please help me save this 2-month project? Please?

Did you import an asset like how I found one of the assets I use sometimes destroyed all of the projects I put it in.
I don't know how to fix it but this could be one cause

sometimes keeping the unity editor open for a long time cause the unity frame rate to go down which can cause it to crash or to recover the frame rate it deletes some files without seeing if it is important
