Accessing SQLite javascript script from C#

I followed the instructions here http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php/SQLite and I managed to get the connection up and running,the thing is my whole game is made in C#,How can I manage to combine both to make it work?,Or can someone point me into an actual thread where they explain how to set up the connection using C#? I've seriously looked everywhere and I just can't find anything that works. Thanks in advanced.
