Imported image quality; changed color?
Trying to import an image, from photoshop into Unity, a simple line with transparency. It worked fine, til I moved part of the line upwards, then I am getting this transformation:
Have you changed the color of the material from something other than white?
No, I imported, and dragged straight into the GUISkins window image.
Anyone? I tried changing the quality and type of image in photoshop before cutting the transparent part out, I tried various cutting out methods. I tryed having an extra transparent background behind it. I tried making a new GUI skin with no result. Tryed a new script, with just a window, same problem. I tried changing the settings on the image, I tried recreating the entire image from scratch...!!!

Hey Guys, don't know if your still having issues with this. I had the sam problem. I am using Photoshop for my images, somehow (don't know how) the mode was switch to RGB16, so I changed it back to RGB8 and hey presto. Hope this works for you.
Peace!

I faced a similar problem here, but the only thing I did to fix it was convert the Color Profile of my document to "Adobe RGB".
Photoshop: Edit > Convert to Profile
