Dynamically assigning audio clips vs having multiple audio source components for each audio clip
I have a requirement where I need to play different sfx for different projectiles shot by the player. I was wondering if it's better to have multiple audio sources on the player object, each holding a certain audio clip or to have a single audio source and dynamically assign the clips and play them when necessary. Or if there is any other better way to do this than the above 2 options, please do let me know. I am open to siggestions.
