No Texture window in Material Inspector
It's infuriating, I am trying to create a new material but there is no longer a window to drop my texture into, no matter what I choose, which means I am absolutely stuck. Is there a workaround or a fix for this?
Create a new material, assign Diffuse (default) as Shader, take screenshot?
Here is the screenshot, no window for the texture. It only works if I start a completely new project, but not for this one.
Please don't post comments/follow-ups as an ANSWER. I confirmed this can happen if you accidentally click the little gear...because that's what I did and now $$anonymous$$e is gone too ;-(
I'll post back when I have a fix!
Yes, I clicked on the header area too. Thank you for the answer.

Are you sure you:
Don't have clicked on the header-area in the inspector since that will collapse the content?
Don't have put the inspector in debug mode via the inspectors-tab-menu at the top right?
Don't have an editor script somewhere which overrides the default inspector?
