Native keyboard on iPhone and android

I'm currently facing a problem. I have multiple textfield arrange in rows. When i select the textfield, the native keyboard opens. The problem is that when I select the text field that is on the bottom, when the keyboard pops up, it covers the textfield itself. Is there any way I can move the whole screen up so that the textfield is on top of the keyboard that pops up and not hidden by the keyboard?

Above is for iPhone. In android, the keyboard opens like iPhone but the text preview above the keyboard covers the whole screen. How can I prevent this and achieve the same result as question above?

I'm using unity 4.
