can I know What side of my rigidbody is facing down?

Hello there! I wanna know if is there a way to see what side of a rigidbody is facing down, or up, for exemple in a dice case.

in my situation I need it with a margin of error, about 10 degrees. Thanks!

transform.right points to your game object's local x-axis.

transform.up points to your game object's local y-axis.

transform.forward points to your game object's local z-axis.
