FPS Scoreboard help

I am currently in the process of making a simple zombie shooter FPS game and I want to record the results of play-thrus in a scoreboard. However I am not sure where to start.

I want the scoreboard to show the following details: 1) Players name 2) Time taken to complete level 3) How many deaths suffered 4) How many zombies killed

Any help on where to start or general tips would be very greatfully recieved
