Parsing Error with creating new shader script
Hello there, this may be a stupid question, but I'm creating a shader so my 3D text doesn't show in front of everything (using this wiki: http://wiki.unity3d.com/index.php?title=3DText), but I'm getting a parsing error in the first line. Here's the code:
Shader "GUI/3D Text Shader" {
Properties {
_MainTex ("Font Texture", 2D) = "white" {}
_Color ("Text Color", Color) = (1,1,1,1)
}
SubShader {
Tags { "Queue"="Transparent" "IgnoreProjector"="True" "RenderType"="Transparent" }
Lighting Off Cull Off ZWrite On Fog { Mode Off }
Blend SrcAlpha OneMinusSrcAlpha
Pass {
Color [_Color]
SetTexture [_MainTex] {
combine primary, texture * primary
}
}
}
}
Thanks!
sorry to resuscitate this question, but I'm having the same problem. Can anyone help?
I'm having the same problem with different shaders. I tried to create a new shader(Empty) and i get this error. I tried the water assets in standard assets it gives the same error and Shader is not compiled. I'm using 4.6.1p2
