How tp create a material from a dds texture from within an editor script
Hi there, I'm working on a side project at the moment, and I've come accross a bit of trouble creating a texture with a dds texture coming from a custom asset file I'm working with.
I have a set of textures packed in a file, that I read from a loader called by a script plugged on the OnPostprocessAllAssets hook.
I can unpack everything on the fly pretty well.
But then I'm stuck with my dds textures loaded as MemoryStream and I dont really know how to create the texture in the Unity AssetDatabase.
I've read that unity supports more or less dds format but I havent found any relevant resources..
If anyone could shed some light on my issues, or at least point me on the right direction !
I've only just begun to work with Unity so forgive me if this seems basic.
