Will i be able to get unity for android without paying for the nexus one?

The Nexus One promotion was a free gift for the first 500 buyers. The price of unity android does not include a phone, you'll have to buy one separately.
I already have one... i just think that $1500 is a bit steep VS $1200 for the i-phone.. if you get the pro ver and then $300 for the non pro..
But no non pro version for android..
There is a non Pro, basic version of Unity Android in the works, but no set release date yet.
With the release of the qualcomm AR plugin, I think there's a lot of people who look forward to a basic version of Unity Android. I know I am :D
