Anyway to fix a Bluetooth controller that is temporarily unresponsive on my GearVR game?
When using the Asus Gamepad with my unity 5.1.01p GearVR game on the Galaxy S6 (USA Verizon), it randomly locks up and is unresponsive for a short period of time varying from a few milliseconds to a few seconds. I have verified that the controller is not losing its connection by playing other games such as Herobound, Dreadhalls, and other Oculus Store games, as well as testing it using an application for testing controller input. I also believe that it is not my game because I use three other controllers namely the Moga PowerA Pro, Samsung Gamepad, and the SteelSeries FREE for long periods of time with not a single loss of responsiveness. A few moments after trying to use the Asus Gamepad it begins to randomly cut out. The indicator lights do not change on the controller while this happens, and it seemingly never loses its connection to the phone. This has been consistently happening over a few weeks, and I have reboot my phone many times across a countless amount of game builds.
Might there be something I can do to resolve this? Has anyone come across this same issue?
Thanks!
