what steps to do in 3ds max to export animated mesh
In 3DS Max I have a mesh model object following a spline over time. Its a car driving along a road. Does this qualify as an animation? What work/steps are needed to be done in 3DS Max to ensure that the animation will be included in FBX export? I have read something that indicates bones and/or skeleton, but thats where is ends at the moment - what are these? how can I convert or attach the mesh? Thanks, Kevin.
