How to blend model's position into Animator Controller
How can I blend a model's current pose into the the Animator Controller?
If I have a model positioned correctly and then hit play, they instantly jump into the default pose set for Animator. I'm sure there must be a setting somewhere for something this simple but I can't find it.
On a related note, how can I pause, stop, and reset the Animator Controller? If I set enabled to false when it's running, transform my model, and then re-enable it, my character will jump back to where they started...
I thought of adding an animation with nothing selected in the body mask and transform mask, thinking that if Animator was told to leave the transform alone then it wouldn't move it.
Ins$$anonymous$$d my model teleports in a weird, hug-like pose...
