I need an object which behaves like an elastic does it happens in unity please suggest me
My problem was i want an object having elastic stretch nature. I want to develop a slingshot game. My view is the catapult must behave like this check "http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z84B4DAQ164". Is this elastic can be done in unity

This question is going to have quite an advanced answer, and from the way your phrased it I'm not sure you would have the skill to implement it, so I'll just give you a brief overview.
Yes, it is possible to stretch things in Unity. If you wanted the stretch to happen physically, you could try using a series of joints. You could also do it with procedural mesh generation. You could use a skinned mesh renderer with bones and do it that way. There are probably other ways
Please understand that you are not going to be able to recreate the catapult in that video in Unity without a lot of Unity experience. To start off, I would do a complete set of tutorials from, say BurgZergArcade, 3DBuzz, Lynda.com, etc. In 3-6 months, you might be able to create a nice catapult like that.
