Script doesn't work when game built

I have a game which I tried to make a build of. But there is one script which is not working, not in the browser and not in a standalone. Can you spot why it doesn't show the highlighted area and why it doesn't instantiate?

I know, just thought it would be too much with 150-200 lines of code, can change it though. Thanks for pointing it out.
