Question is off-topic or not relevant
How Do I Texture Paint These Models
Im making an MMO. I have four models. For the past few days I have been struggling with Texture Painting. I made the models on sculptris and I decimated them. I want to know how to texture paint them on Blender. Also When I have texture painted them. Will their colours and textures go on to Mixamo so i can give them animations and then export it to Unity3D with all their animations, textures and clothes. Here is a picture of one the models:
How is texture painting in Blender related to this site? That is a topic on its own, and there is material on it on the web.

This is not the place to ask that question. Do a quick google search for UV mapping tutorials. There are a great number of very helpful videos on youtube and also at http://cgcookie.com/blender/
First you will need to add seams to your model, then unwrap it in the UV editor, then apply your texture in an outside program such as GIMP or Photoshop. That's the gist of it. Think of the UV texture as the 'skin' of your model. It wraps around your model, and therefore needs to have 'seams' or edges where it is cut into pieces to be wrapped on the model.
Oh, and PS- Making a model in sculptris then decimating it is the wrong way to model and it is very sloppy and inefficient. You need to learn how to create models properly. cgcookie is the best place to learn the basics.
