Aircraft Control

i have been looking everywhere and i can't find what is the best way to demonstrate aircraft physics. I have tried using a rigidbody, character controller and just transforms but all of them have problems. can someone tell me please

Thank you, that was the way i was doing it but i get problems like flying through everything and random spinning out and really unrealistic physics
