Is Unity 4 Public Beta going to be released during Unite 2012?

I haven't been able to find confirmation of this.

Try asking UT support. But I think they will not answer it, as it is commercial sensitive.

Kryptos is correct... Unity support will not be able to answer this question. Pre-order customers will be the first to get access.
