Cinema4D has problems exporting materials to Unity, in any form. The best way would be to create a UV Texture map with Bodypaint, then save the texture and import it through unity, then export your actual object as an .FBX file, and import that. There's no definitive way of importing Cinema objects perfectly, unfortunately. I've been struggling with it for over a year.

If you have an actual movie file, you can import it into unity and play it with a $$anonymous$$ovieTexture. If you want to create in-game animation, then that's a different story.
