Firebase cloud funcitons (send cloud message when there is a change in value inside the database)

Hi, i want to implement the cloud messaging provide by firebase, I was able to implement the messaging but now i want to have something that can automatically send a cloud message to specific users whenever a value change occurs in the firebase realtime database. I'm sure that this can be done from the firebase cloud functions, but i need a proper way that how can i do this thing from unity or may be i need node.js for this? Any suggestion will be appreciated. Thanks
