Android displaying videos.

I'm trying to develop a simple game for Android, and maybe for Iphone. I need to display a video / flash animation. I can import the swf with the UNISWF plugin. I know that movieTextures won't work on Android.

I've developed a simple dialogue wheel (like mass effect) that works perfectly.

I need to display the wheel on top of these videos/ animations. And display different animations according to players decitions (in the dialogue). Is there any way to achieve this in Unity, for an Android game?
