Unity GUI - Project File Sort Order
Hello.
There's something that's always irked me about the Unity editor---the Project pane sorting doesn't seem to have any options about how to organize things short of alphabetically:
Note the Physics folder. Is there any way to sort this other than alphabetically?
What I'd really like is the ability or organize it however I want (so, maybe Interfaces are at the top of the folder while everything else is below, or whatever). I would be happy to do this manually!
Right now it's all clutter and the forcing of this sort order along with MonoBehaviors requiring the same file names as the class is making things overly confusing and cluttered. :( I feel like I'm back in the dark ages when Files Were King (which is great if its consistent, but that's another issue).

Hey Foam,
As far as I know there is nothing like that...or ever will be. Any IDE I worked with, ever, handled sorting of files alphabetically.
Make sub folders for Interfaces, Classes, Enums etc. That's how your should do it anyway.
Not the answer your were hoping for I guess :D
