can't create new project , can't find component
I've installed unity 2018.3. everytime i tried to open or create an projectit show me an error 
and when click retry it happen again but when i click continue it opens up but many components are missing alt text
I opened mainfest.json file it shows me a scripte
"dependencies": { } }{
oh that's a nice one, never seen that before.
if even new projects fail to be created properly unity is broken and need reinstallation I guess
