triangles look like they are breaking when character bends
I have a character model from a 3d program. When I bend the abdomen joint in the 3d program the triangles look smooth. I export the character as collada but when doing the same bend in unity it looks like the triangles are breaking or shattering away from each other. Is there some setting that will prevent this, or some thing about exporting in collada I can set?
Also is there a difference between exporting as collada or fbx for an issue like this?

Could you post a screenshot of the smooth triangles and the broke triangles ?
