Hi all. I am new to unity 3d. I have a problem i have very basic scene and still my FPS is very low( less than 30 ). Please help me.
It's really impossible to help you, if you don't provide specifics. We don't know ANYthing about your scene, except that it is done using Unity, yet you expect us to just magically point you to THE solution?! It's most probably not Unity failing you, but the other way around ;)
I am sorry. $$anonymous$$y scene contains tree and a cow. $$anonymous$$odel of cow is in 3d maya. In cow i have attached character control and character moter script. I think the problem is with cow because if i delete it, fps becomes 190 to 220. And if add 3 to 5 cows fps become 5 to 10. Don't know what to do.

The easiest way is to read through the docs. Good Luck.

So you modelled your assets in Maya? Click on your cow mesh in the project window (you might need to click the little arrow to expand the asset to get to the mesh). Look in the inspector pane. How many verts/tris does it have?
Depending on your target platform, you should generally look for there to be no more than around 100,000 vertices drawn to the screen.
