In App Billing by Alipay, how to check if google services is not available

Dear all,

I am creating a game and now come to the IAB part. I have used a plug-in called SOOLMA to handle the IAB stuff, and it works (for android at least, not yet test ios :( so expansive). But then, I realize that China is one of the target market, which GOOGLE SERVICES is not available in most users' devices. As I know, most user there use ALIPAY 支付宝 to handle payment.

Questions:

1. Any ways to handle ALIPAY in SOOLMA?

2. If not, any recommendation to handle ALIPAY payment?

3. How to detect when google play services is not available, so I can switch the payment method from normal Google Play payment to ALIPAY payment?
