mmm.... any backup?
I have taken the backup of my files in assets so for now i have to drag and drop and attach script again to game object to make it work, but i want to know why this happen.
i had this once, in my case it was related to corrupted scene file after i had a windows blue screen. if you didn't had one, i would suggest to make sure your computer hard drive is fine. scan it for bad sectors etc...
also, if unity crushed for some reason or didn't properly closed this can corrupt the file as well. when it happen, it happen to the scene file because unity hold this file open in memory and if the file doesn't close properly it can became corrupted.
Thanks for your suggestion i am guessing that unity doesnot properly close thats why my scene file get corrupted, For extra protection from now i am going to take backup of project in another folder also.
I backup my files in cloud service like Dropbox so it give me also an option to restore old versions of files if needed.and Don't forget to close the question...:)

If assets don't have your latest changes there's probably nothing you can do. It seems changes made to your assets/scenes were not saved to disk.
From now on, make sure you Ctrl+S often to trigger asset serialization. If you want to make sure which files are going to get saved, go to the preferences window, general tab and check Verify Saving Assets. You'll be prompted to choose which of those dirty assets to actually save to disk.
I would recommend using a version control system too, in case things go wrong. Or, export unity packages (backup).
if he had a scene and then it load empty it most likely that it corrupted and not saving issue. for backup it good enough to close unity and make a copy of the project folder.
no i had the same problem zoom out you will see the screen elements
