Problem building Android Marshmallow GPS Plugin (Error building Player: CommandInvokationFailure)
At my place of work we use Unity 4.7.1f1
We have a custom-created library to create regular apps instead of games using unity C#. Because we use a library created by ourselves we have not yet support for Unity 5. Many of you may know that since the Android Marshmallow update users now are prompted for permissions on runtime instead of on installation. We can't upgrade to Unity 5, so I created a small plugin for Android 6.0 on Eclipse, it's only meant to ask for GPS permission and nothing more.
However, at the moment I build the Unity project I get the error:
Error building Player: CommandInvokationFailure: Failed to re-package resources. See the Console for details. C:\Users\KeOt777\AppData\Local\Android\sdk\build-tools\24.0.0\aapt.exe package --auto-add-overlay > -v -f -m -J gen -M AndroidManifest.xml -S "res" -I "C:/Users/KeOt777/AppData/Local/Android/sdk/platforms/android-24\android.jar" -F bin/resources.ap_
the stderr and stdout are empty:
stderr[
] stdout[
]
Anyone has any idea of what the problem might be?
