error CS0016 - Access to the path is denied

I am getting only this error. I have no idea what is causing it. Please help as I am so excited to get leap working with unity.

Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was:error CS0016: Could not write to file `Temp/Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll', cause: Access to the path "C:\Users\******\Documents\Leap Test\Temp\Assembly-CSharp-firstpass.dll.mdb" is denied.

I have tried to reimport assets and turn of antivirus to no avail. I have also made sure I have the correct permission for the file/folder.

As an experiment try turning of your anti virus software. I suspect it's jumped onto the mdb file to scan it and this stops the compiler from writing to it. (If you switch the AV off completely, disconnect from the network first of all. Alternatively, many AV solutions allow you to white list certain folders, so perhaps whitelist Leap Test.)

Not an antivirus problem, tried that already. It stops when I delete this file.
