Internal Compiler Error

Hello everyone!

I started a new RPG Project and I made the prototype ready. But after I imported a custom package, this error showed up:

 Internal compiler error. See the console log for more information. output was:BCE0011: An error occurred during the execution of the step 'UnityScript.Steps.PreProcess': 'Arg_InsufficientSpace
 Parameter name: chars'.

Any idea on how to fix this?
