How to get Facebook dialogues displaying over the unity plugin.

I'm having issues with Facebook dialogues. Doing some google-foo I've seen a bunch of older threads talking about how this is impossible and Unity always has to be on top. However, this is clearly no longer the case, and the complete lack of recent threads about this subject makes me think this issue has been resolved.

Every FB dialogue I have tried has worked just fine, and drawn over the unity player with the exception of the pay dialogue. I looked online and found [this][1] fellow who is selling software that does something similar to what I'm doing, but his has the same problem. The pay dialogue draws underneath the web player. I've noticed this is only a problem in Chrome(I'm assuming it's all chrome, but I use rockmelt specifically) browsers, I've tested with Firefox and the issue does not present itself.

Can anyone give more recent information about this problem? Has this officially been resolved? Is there a workaround if not? Trying the common one used back in the day of resizing the web player no longer seems to work.
