texturealpha
Alpha-only texture?
Is it possible to import a texture with a single channel (alpha)? Several shaders use a second alpha channel, and it seems like a waste to store all 4 channels of a rgba texture if the only channel that will ever be used is alpha. Or do compressed textures make the extra 3 channels negligible when they are a solid color?
