is it possible to have two different passes in Shader

I need to write a shader that performs 2 different types of rendering on two different cameras. I dunno if it is possible ?

I cannot use replacementshader for some reason. I am thinking of using Tag in each pass to rig the rendering from each camera. However I dun have enough detail on this area. Could anyone share ?
