Maybe the cube is intersecting some other object: when a rigidbody penetrates a collider, the rigibody is ejected and may go out of the camera view. Another possibility is the gravity pulling down the rigidbody - make sure it's over some stable surface.

But it is supposed that the box need a collider and a rigidbody, anyway with or without the rigid.. falls, it is stay only when I enable Is $$anonymous$$inematic but nothing happens.

Yes, a kinematic rigidbody ignores physics - it doesn't fall, but doesn't react to collisions either. What's happening? The cube falls through the floor?

Add the rigidbody to the cube and uncheck the "Use Gravity" in inspector.

Add the rigidbody to the cube and uncheck the "Use Gravity" in inspector. as well as check that the cube's bottom surface is straight if it is angular then make the rotation to zero and enjoy
