Blacken Scene EXCEPT Lit Center
Hey guys/gals.
Trying to put some last touches on a project for a client, and really stuck on how to make this happen.
Basically, I'm trying to have the scene be pitch black, except for the small portion that is lit in the middle. Like so.
right now I have basic lighting in there, and trying to run some tests, but can't seem to find a way to have that much of a contrast.
Any help appreciated, and thanks =)

Turn down the ambient lighting (Edit/Render Settings) to a darker color. That will increase the contrast as much as necessary.
I set the ambient light to complete black. It calms it down, but it's not 'black', it's just 'not lit'.
