Is it possible to export a .swf of a scene while in-game?

I want to allow the player to be able to modify a scene, and then be able save out a .swf of that scene onto their computer. I have Unity Pro 4.0.1, and I'm able to export as Flash from the editor, but I'm wondering if I can allow players to do it in-game.
