Model with separated Textures for Bodyparts

Im doing BurgZerArcade Tutorial and im needing an character model with basic animation(movement, atack), but with something special, with the textures sepparated for every body part so I can put clothes, changing the textures. I look over all the Asset Store and other pages and dont found something similar, all have one texture (perfomance reasons obviusly). Someone can help me find it?
