unity flash working with my local browser,but when uploaded via heroku doesnt run!help please

i used heroku to upload my flash build app.i used git add to add files.when i built it for flash i received 4 files as output. (.html,.swf,.swc,.js).i copied the contents of .html file to index.ejs file and uploaded the r3emaining 3 files.when i run the application via fb using my developer account a black king of thing appears for a fraction of ssecond and the whole page turns white.this is my first attempt to connect unity flash and facebook.i request you guys to help me out of this situation.Thank you guys
