How would you code a gui to select a label?
Say I want to show a gui with listed friend requests, and then the user can scroll through the friend requests and select an individual request one at a time. And then from there select the "Accept" or "Reject" button . How would you code it so you can do this?
bump anyone? a tutorial would work too but i dont really know what to search for i tried a couple things and couldnt find what i'm looking for
You would need a persistent data structure to hold "friend requests" which you don't have by the sound of it (i.e. mysql/php/xml/etc). The actual GUI part should be trivial.
I'm actually using a backend service for that stuff, but that's not what I mean. I just want it so I can scroll through a list and have one of the things on the list highlighted/selected when clicked. I know how to do a scroll menu but I don't know how to add things to it so they can be "selected"
