Error loading page? How do i resolve?

Every time I start up the unity 4 engine, a page shows up saying

Error loading page

Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates.

Behind this little window is a gray window behind it named "License" and also says "connecting to license server"

If anybody can lead me in the right direction or give me detailed instructions on how to resolve this, that would be great.
