Question by Qvih · Jul 02, 2013 at 06:16 PM · buildwindowresize

I have a problem with the exe file after build.

Hi! I'm having a problem with the window of the exe file after building a sample I made on Unity. The normal size of the window is 800x600. When I resize the window, then I build & run it again, the size of the window doesn't return back to it's normal size. Please help me. I've been having this problem for a long time.

Can you make it a bit more clear?

How do you "resize" the window?

"the size of the window doesn't return back to it's normal size".

what do you mean by "normal size"?

In the player settings, the default screen width is 800 & the height is 600. When I pressed build & run, it was okay at first. Then I resized the window by dragging the sides to make it expand. Then when I pressed build & run again, the windows size didn't go back to 800x600.

Try clearing the build compltly (delete the build folder), then try again.

Try a different project, see if the problem is with the project or with unity.

I would try deselecting re-sizable window in the build settings, then rebuild.
