Anyone have shader that supports two UV channels?
Specifically one texture map for uvSet1 and another texture, multiplied, for uvSet2. Or something similar so I can use a tiled texture and overlay lightmap information?

Handy, but both textures are applied only to a single UV set, so this is not exactly what i was looking for. However I did find something similar to what I needed within Unity's legacy/lightmap shaders. These aren't perfect, and lack some more advanced features, but are a good base to start with.
