3d models tutorials

Hello, I want to create everything by myself, such as 3d models, textures, everything I have Unity Pro, Blender and Cinema 4d. Does anyone have suggestion for 3d tutorials for example tutorials on how to make environment and such things, so i can create my fully own level. I need tutorials about making textures in photoshop or gimp Thanks! P.S. I'm not English
