Seems like we can't. But can we?

I want to both be able to set it to full screen and resize the window, just like it's possible on windows and mac.

But I couldn't even have the dialog or use the command line to get any kind of customization.

Are we really locked in? Is this a restriction we have to wait for a patch in the future?
