How do I make a menu with a video in the background? And how do I put music on it?

I'm new to unity and I am trying to make a fan-based Halo game. How do I put a video on the background of the menu and how do I put music on it?

The free version of Unity3D dose not support a video running in your game. Only Unity pro dose.
