How to grab position and bounds of Trackables in real time (AR Foundation)?

Hi everyone. I am trying to figure out the best way to grab and store the position of users' trackable planes as they move through the real world space with their phone. Looking at the documentation, I understand that detected trackables can be accessible via ARSessionOrigin.trackablesParent. However, I have not had any luck. Any help is appreciated!
