FPS Game Level Loader

Hello, I'm making my first FPS game. I was wondering if I need level loader pages? Currently I have a splash page, main menu, game levels, game over page. Anything else I should include?

It depends. Depends on the platform, if you're gonna load everything at the beginning of the game or before each level, if there's enough loading time to warrant the use of one. :\

Oh, do you have a pause menu?
